Clarion has set up Dynamic Purchasing Systems to enable suppliers to apply to join at any time making it a much more flexible way to procure for both suppliers and buyers. This page gives you links to Clarion owned DPS schemes. Clarion also uses external frameworks. 

Successful applicants will be informed of opportunities when they arise.  Suppliers need to be registered on Delta in order to apply for these schemes.
