These lots will be required to run alongside our existing Grounds Maintenance Contract in the North which commenced 1/10/2022. Our temporary contracts are due to end in December 2024, we have allowed a year for the procurement process as we need to consult with our residents. Initial Period - 12/12/24 – 30/9/2026 (21 Months) + 1/10/26 – 30/9/2027 – Optional Extension + 1/10/27 – 30/9/2028 - Optional Extension.
