A routine repair must be carried out within a maximum of 28 days. There may be on occasions, occurrences where the client requests a repair to be carried out sooner that the routine timescale. The client will look at the nature of the repair, take into account the severity, the H&S risks, and request that the repair is attended to sooner.

II.2.4) Description of procurement: Clarion Housing wishes to procure a national contractor who will ensure Un-adopted lighting is maintained, repaired fully and left in a safe working order to ensure the health and safety of its residents and users.
